What if a part is missing?
To ensure that you have everything you need for assembly, please inventory all parts when you open your package. If you are missing any parts, call us as soon as possible or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not wait; let us know as soon as possible.
We will make sure any missing parts are sent as soon as possible.
How will my items ship?
Because our items are large, shipping is done by ground service or freight.
Please inspect your items before signing for shipments. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us immediately.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in the US, except for Hawaii and Alaska! In Canada we do charge a shipping fee but handling customs is on us.
How do we order installation?
When purchasing your item, select the checkbox that says "Yes!" under "Add Professional Installation". We are partnering with Pure Install for both US and Canada installs. Be assured that every install is performed by a professional team to the highest quality. The price reflects this quality. The debris will be cleaned and placed wherever you wish. And Pure Install includes a 1-year warranty on all installs.
