What if a part is missing?

To ensure that you have everything you need for assembly, please inventory all parts when you open your package. If you are missing any parts, call us as soon as possible or email us at sales@theroomoutdoors.com. Please do not wait; let us know as soon as possible.

We will make sure any missing parts are sent as soon as possible.

How will my items ship?

Because our items are large, shipping is done by ground service or freight.

Please inspect your items before signing for shipments. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us immediately.

How much is shipping?
